Frequently Asked Questions
medical transcription program
1. Why choose the BCI?

The courses that the BCI provides are recognized for their excellence by our students, and by employers. For example, hundreds of medical transcription graduates have gone on to pursue successful careers. When you sell BCI courses, you are providing your customers with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve professional success.

We sell our courses on the strength of our reputation for quality - and so can you.

2. How does the BCI Affiliate program work?

When you sign up, you are given a unique web address, known as an affiliate URL.
When you refer people to this URL, they are directed to the BCI. Since each affiliate
has a different web address for referrals, the BCI is able to track the customers you send.

3. Is there a cost to join?

There is no charge to join the affiliate program.

4. Can I be an affiliate in another program as well as the BCI?

BCI affiliates are free to maintain their involvement in other programs. However, if you focus
your efforts on a single business opportunity, you are likely to see higher returns.

5. Will you help me with my business?

The BCI provides all affiliates with a document outlining the Seven Affiliate Element
(SEA) plan for success. The SEA plan contains seven steps that will help you
effectively market your affiliate business. The BCI staff is also available to handle any
technical questions you may have about the affiliate program.

6. Can I use the BCI logo on my website?

All affiliates receive access to a selection of banner ads that contain the BCI logo. These banner ads are clickable links to the BCI. You are free to use these banners anywhere on your own websites. You may not, however, alter the logo or the banner.

7. How are orders tracked and credited to me?

All affiliates have a unique URL address, which is contained in the clickable banner you
received when you signed up. When you refer a potential student to the BCI, they click on the banner containing this personalized URL. The BCI is able to track the URLs used by our customers, and as such is able to determine which affiliate referred them.

8. How much will I be paid?

You earn 10% of the course price for all referrals that sign up for a BCI course. If one of your
referrals joins the affiliate program, you earn an additional 2.5% on any of their commissions.

9. When will I be paid?

Checks are sent out to affiliates approximately the middle of every month. They are
mailed when you have earned a minimum of $25 in commissions. If you have not
earned this minimum amount, your commissions will be added to your earnings for
the following month until the $25 threshold is reached.
