On November 5th, Blackstone Career Institute was formally welcomed as a corporate partner in the Military Spouse Employment Partnership program at the official induction ceremony held at the Pentagon. Sixty new corporate partners from around the country gathered to sign the MSEP’s Statement of Support.

The MSEP is an initiative run by the Department of Defense that connects military spouses to Fortune 500 companies with gainful employment opportunities. Because of the struggles and hardships that many military families endure during their time of service, it is difficult for spouses to gain steady employment. Each new corporate partner, including Blackstone Career Institute has vowed to offer spouses portable career opportunities, education, assistance, and job training. Currently the MSEP has more then 200 partners who have hired over 55,000 military spouses.
