Exams & Grading
Upon conclusion of each lesson, students will be required to complete an exam and submit their answer sheet to the school for grading. Exam answer sheets are found at the end of each lesson. Pre-addressed envelopes are also provided for each mailing. Blackstone will grade each exam within twenty-four hours of receipt and promptly return a Grade Report to the student indicating which questions were missed and the appropriate reference location of the correct answers.
Students with Internet access can utilize Blackstone's Online Student Center to submit their exams elctronically. Grade Reports will be returned instantly.
Students who score below 70 percent will be allowed one retest. Upon passing the retest, the maximum allowable score of 70 percent will be entered into the student's academic record. Students who fail a retest will receive the higher grade of the two failed exams.
