Are you looking to be promoted or take on a leadership position? Blackstone’s Leadership Skills certificate course will provide you with the fundamentals of supervising and working with others, leading, and motivating a team, and managing human resources. Effective leadership requires an understanding of people and diversity, an ability to adapt to change, critical thinking skills, and knowledge of decision-making and planning processes, all of which are covered in this course. Knowledge of management and human resource principles and practices provides insight into important processes such as hiring, and conflict management along with model behavior for those in leadership positions. At Blackstone, our student service team focuses on student satisfaction. However, if you choose not to continue your studies we offer a refund policy. Cancellations within the first 5 days of enrollment receive a full refund. After the first 5 days your refund amount is based on tuition collected, lessons completed and enrollment date. FAQs
Enrolling at Blackstone is easy, with our open enrollment you can enroll anytime. To qualify, a high school diploma or an equivalent along with access to a Microsoft Windows compatible PC or MAC with Internet access is needed. All applicants must complete our Enrollment Agreement along with the required down payment for processing. Applications will be processed only if they are accompanied with the required payment. If you have any questions, please contact Student Services at 800-826-9228 or schedule a one-on-one with admissions.
Blackstone offers affordable, interest-free payment plan options but is not a Title 1V school that accepts FAFSA or Pell Grants. Students may also apply for tuition reimbursement from their employer or check with their State and Local Assistance. Learn more here
Blackstone has open-enrollment, meaning you do not have to wait for a start date. Students can enroll online anytime by clicking here, call Admissions Monday – Thursday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET at 800.826.9228, or scheduling an appointment here.
Students who pay in full for their program will have access to all of their materials once enrolled. Students who enroll under a monthly payment plan will have access to a new unit every month upon making their monthly payment.

As a true distance education school, we are unable to provide job placement. We do feel confident that our online programs provide the education needed to qualify for entry-level employment. Our Career Center offers students and graduates resources to prepare and search for successful employment.
