Medical office assistants make a difference every day. Administrative responsibilities vary by setting, but may include:
- Reviewing and answering practice correspondence
- Answering calls and scheduling appointments

Samantha has been working in healthcare for nearly a decade in various roles including nursing assistant, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, and most recently nurse educator. Samantha holds certifications in medical-surgical nursing and bariatric nursing.
